MARE BARRENNESS & PROSPECTIVE FOAL

‘Barrenness’ policies provide indemnity in the event a nominated mare fails to conceive and deliver a live foal.

‘Prospective Foal’ coverage re-imburses the mare owner or nomination holder in the event a mare who has conceived fails to produce a live foal.

Policy periods vary considerably on both policies to reflect the financial contracts involved.
